Shipping Policy

Delivery Information

  • If you want to change the date of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Local delivery covering the Draperstown Area.

  • Next Day delivery is available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday.

  • Delivery Slots are between 4pm - 6pm

  • Any special requests on flowers please speak to us directly and we will work with you for the best results.

Shipping Terms

  • In the event that no-one is in to receive delivery your item will either be left with a neighbour or somewhere we deem safe by our delivery team. unless advised otherwise. If this is not possible items will be returned to shop and delivery attempted with in 24 hours.

Return & Exchange Policy

​If you experience any issues with your order, please send us photos within 72 hours. We aim to resolve all concerns within 24 hours receiving your email. Additionally, we will offer a replacement product upon receipt of the damaged. Thank you for your understanding!

  • Flowers are naturally perishable and we regret that is your complaint is after 7 days it will not be able to be authenticated and we will not be able to refund you.

  • Under the Distance Selling Regulation flowers are a non returnable item and cannot be returned if you change your mind.

  • For items that are non perishable that are either wrong or faulty, you can return the to the shop in there original packaging with proof of purchase within 14 days. We will replace the item with the same or similar as possible or offer credit note.
